The mentee’s knowledge level of regenerative agriculture practices and principles is rated highly, at 5 out of 5. This reflects a strong understanding and application of regenerative methods and theoretical concepts gained through the RAMP program. The program’s comprehensive approach and resources have significantly contributed to this advanced level of knowledge.

The mentee found group mentoring to be a valuable aspect of the RAMP program, likening it to a one-on-one experience due to the high level of personalised attention received. However, it was noted that the experience was somewhat diminished by the early dropout of other participants. Despite this, the mentee appreciated the opportunity for in-depth discussions and individualised guidance.

The mentee particularly enjoyed reading the program manual and engaging in discussions with Tony, one of the program’s facilitators. These components provided essential insights and practical advice, contributing to a deeper understanding of regenerative practices. The interactive elements of the program were especially valued for their practical applications and relevance to real-world challenges.

For those about to begin the RAMP program, the mentee advises full engagement with the content and activities, despite any initial challenges. They emphasize not being discouraged by potentially complex material and encourage participants to actively participate and take advantage of the program’s resources and interactions. Engaging fully will enhance the overall learning experience and maximize the benefits of the program.
