The mentee found group mentoring to be a valuable aspect of the RAMP program, likening it to a one-on-one experience due to the high level of personalised attention received. However, it was noted that the experience was somewhat diminished by the early dropout of other participants. Despite this, the mentee appreciated the opportunity for in-depth discussions and individualised guidance.
The mentee particularly enjoyed reading the program manual and engaging in discussions with Tony, one of the program’s facilitators.
