On-farm changes

This practice change was driven by her enhanced understanding of holistic management principles, including their benefits and practical application. Veronique’s commitment to holistic decision-making reflects her goal of integrating various factors into her management approach, thereby improving her farm’s overall sustainability.
Veronique’s knowledge level in both regenerative agriculture practices and principles is rated highly at a level 5 out of 5. She particularly appreciated the presentation on Ecosystem Services by Brian Wehlburg, which she found most beneficial for her learning. This session provided valuable insights into ecosystem management, reinforcing her understanding of how to apply regenerative principles effectively.
Despite the overall positive experience, Veronique noted some areas for improvement in the program. She felt that the learning sessions were somewhat disjointed, with each consultant appearing as an individual rather than part of a cohesive program.
